Rental Policies

We only rent items that we have in stock to eliminate the middle man and to ensure the highest quality customer service possible. All of our rental items are on site and available for you to see firsthand what your rental options are.

Rates

Rental prices listed are for one-day rentals. However, because we understand most events are on the weekend, rentals picked up on Friday and returned on Monday, are considered a one-day rental.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required when you make your reservation. The balance is due one week prior to delivery date based on the amount needed on that date. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, local checks or cash.

Delivery/Pick-Up

Additionally, we offer delivery and pick-up. Fees for this service are based on location and the size of the order. Upon pick-up all equipment must be rinsed free of food and placed in their original containers. Tables and chairs MUST be broken down and stacked. You may request your delivery time and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Planning

Early planning ensures product availability and openings for delivery. Any changes or adjustments to your order must be made one week prior to scheduled delivery or pick-up.
